Meet Dovie Brown, PTA
Dovie is a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant with 13 years of experience in the Hardin and Nelson County communities. Dovie has worked in outpatient, home health and a rehab hospital. These vast experiences have given her the opportunity to work with a diverse population including athletes, geriatrics, pediatrics, post operative and neurological patients.
Dovie likes to use manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, patient education and communication to rehab patients back from injuries.
These injuries include but not limited to sport injuries, orthopedic injuries, concussion injuries, fall risk, strokes, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, generalized weakness and arthritic patients. Dovie has a strong commitment to getting to know her patients and Is committed to tailoring each treatment to meet their needs so they can return to their lives without any pain.
