Executive Physical
We offer patients the most comprehensive executive physical protocol available in the area. This service includes a comprehensive physical examination, laboratory testing, EKG testing, non-contrast MRI of the brain, MRA of the head and neck, cardiac calcium scoring CT, CT's with contrast of the abdomen and pelvis, vaccination review, longevity counseling, and treatment plan. The total cost for our Executive Physical is $3,500.
Executive Physicals extend well beyond typical laboratory tests common to annual primary care or wellness exams and were originally intended as evaluation tools for “executive-level” talent at Fortune 500 companies. Specifically, these advanced tests screen for the potentially catastrophic and/or fatal abnormalities that are often undetected during routine testing and examinations. Through the use of CT scan and MRI, we can screen for brain aneurysms, cancers (breast, cervical, prostate, colon and lung), heart abnormalities, arterial blockages, and more.
Advanced Imaging
Our executive physical includes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain, MRA of the head and neck, CT scans of the abdomen and pelvis, and cardiac calcium scoring CT of the heart.
Comprehensive Exam
Our medical team provides each patient with a comprehensive physical examination where we capture medical, family, and social history as well as document current health status.
Laboratory Testing
Our expansive laboratory panel includes CBC, CMP, HbA1c, TSH, T3/T4, lipid panel, iron, uric acid, PSA, folate, testosterone panel, estradiol, IGF-1, DHEA, FSH/LH, prolactin, progesterone, etc.
Some advanced imaging testing may require travel to multiple sites in Louisville and Lexington.
